Spring in Bonn | what a valuable experience
Spring in Bonn and the region – just stunning! There is a reason that Bonn is also known as the most northern city of Italy. As soon as a few warmer sunrays emerge from the pale winter sky, tables and chairs (if necessary with warm blankets) are placed in front of many small cafés in the city centre, the Altstadt and the Südstadt. The Rheinpromenade is bursting with afternoon strollers, joggers and cyclists and even some intrepid pioneers dare a first picnic in one of the numerous green areas of the city. Flea market in the Rheinaue in Bonn, 17.03.2018
The Rheinaue
is a beautiful park in the southern of Bonn. From the 17 of March, every third Saturday in the month there is a flea market in the Rheinaue. There you can just stroll through the stands and maybe make a bargain. While you’re having your little shopping break you kids can play in one of many play areas in the Rheinaue.
Post-Marathon, 15.04.2018
With around 13.000 runner and about 200.000 viewers is the Deutsche Post Marathon one of the biggest and most popular Running-Event in Germany. No matter if you’re a Runner or just a viewer, come and join this event here in Bonn.
Spring market in Bonn, 21.04.2018
The city Bonn isn’t just an international city, she is also a green city. Because of that, every year the Amt für Stadtgrün organizes a spring market in Bonn. Here, in addition to helpful information about green plants, there are also decorative items to buy. Furthermore for the kids there will be a child-friendly entertainment program.
Jazz festival Bonn, 26.04-12.05.2018
Yearly around the Ascension of Christ there is a Jazz festival in Bonn. Like every Year we’re going to have many Artists from around the World who will play in some first-class concert halls
Rhein in Flammen, 05.05.2018
Rhine in Flames – a traditional Event in Bonn and around the Siebengebirge takes place the first weekend of May with this Year’s motto Around the World –
Surrounded by five fireworks displays, a fleet of around 50 illuminated ships travels from Linz to Bonn, where a musically synchronized fire spectacle provides the grand finale. Weather as a guest on one of the ships or on land in the Rheinaue where great music groups will perform.
Cherry Blossom
In April the japanese cherry blossoms starts to bloom and create the quarter into a beautiful blossom sea. Spring feelings comes up when you go through the streets in the old town of Bonn.
At the begin of May lots of tourist’s and photograph’s from all over the world visit Bonn because of the pink blossom rain. Another reason to visit this quarter of Bonn are the famous houses which stays very close to each other and were built before the first world war. Don’t miss this event!

From the 17th of March we finally start again! Visit our climbing forest with your family, school, company or other groups. We offer 14 routes with different highs and difficulties.
